Is this 'man', 44-year-old Vladimir Fomin, okay at all???!!!

To even make matters worse, he actually got himself expelled from 'a whooole' University of Mathematics just because he won't agree to wear trousers.

Despite being one of the brightest students at the Ivanovo University of Mathematics and earning a scholarship!!!

Instead, he prefers to move about in female dresses and skirts.
