Kate Middleton is Preggo

I stroll into work today, hit Yahoo and what do I see? "Breaking news" that Kate Middleton is pregnant. I refused to click it until just now because IT'S STILL THERE. How is this breaking news? A "princess" in England will be having a child. This literally affects about 6 people. Just don't understand how it gets the breaking news tag.
