‘Jackass’ star Steve-O sued for ‘Killer Karaoke’ injury

Steve-O is reportedly facing a lawsuit from a contestant on his upcoming show Killer Karaoke.
The Jackass star is being sued by Susanne Ohman, who claims she suffered serious injuries while taking part in the new game show presented by the stuntman, reports TMZ.
The TruTv singing competition is based on the British series Sing If You Can, which sees contestants try to keep singing while various attempts are made to interrupt their performances.
Ohman alleges that she was soaked by water during her attempt, before she slipped off the platform, which “fractured and damaged her tibia, patella, ligaments, knee, leg, bones, and injured her muscles, bone, circulatory system, and body”.
She claims that she has since undergone several surgeries and expects more in the future, and is suing Steve-O and the show’s producers over the incident.
Of the reality series, Steve-O previously explained: “I’m in love with the concept of this show and overjoyed to be a part of it. I cannot wait to get started.”
Killer Karaoke is expected to premiere on TruTv in the coming months for an eight-episode run.

Some how Katt Williams thought he could out run the cops. The comedienne has been putting on a real life show lately with a thread of reckless behavior all over the states. Everything went down hill when his former female assistant decided to press charges after he hit and harassed her back in LA. Since then, Katt Williams has been recorded hitting a Target employee, throwing rocks at someone’s car, getting into multiple bar fights and lashing out on stage to an audience member who paid to see him! Katt was finally pulled over and arrested in Sacramento at a random gas station.TMZ reported :
Katt Williams was arrested again last night … this time in Dunnigan, CA (about 40 miles from Sacramento) on an outstanding warrant. Yolo County Sheriffs deputies popped Williams at a gas station following a traffic stop, this according to KCRA. An arrest warrant for Williams had been issued on Thursday out of Sacramento County for a reckless driving incident last month. This is just the latest in an ongoing string of legal troubles for Williams — including a bar fight in which he allegedly threw a rock at a car, a lawsuit over a bizarre onstage meltdown, and of course … slapping a Target employee in the face.

Back in August, Tremaine Neverson had a release party at a strip club in Queens and supposedly struck a stripper in the eye with his stack of dollar bills. The stripper filed a complaint but Trey Songz wasn’t arrested until recently on the charges. Trey Songz was more than likely being a little extra & aggressive, throwing stacks at a stripper and thought because she was a stripper she wasn’t going to do anything about it. Thought wrong mister. Throwing dollar bills at a woman (aka MAKING IT RAIN!!!) seems harmless, but it got Trey Songz arrested for assault in New York recently … TMZ has learned. Songz (real name Tremaine Neverson) had an album release party on August 21 at a gentleman’s club in Queens. According to police, somewhere between 4:00 and 4:15 AM on the 22nd, Trey became involved in an altercation inside the club. Cops described the incident this way in the criminal complaint: “Tremaine Neverson, did throw a sum of United States currency at the complainant and said sum of United States currency struck the complainant’s left eye causing substantial pain to her left eye.” It is unclear if the woman in question was … how do we say this nicely … a stripper. Songz was not arrested that night, but rather a month later for misdemeanor assault. Songz had a court date in NY on November 1 and an order of protection was issued. He is due back in court in February. We reached out to a rep for Songz, but have yet to hear back.

Jay Z’s 40/40 Club In Atlantic City Shuts Down
Hurricane Sandy is STILL affecting business all over the east coast, specially Atlantic City. The get-a-way city was hit hard by the hurricane causing serious financial burdens on property owners and business owners. Jay Z’s ’40/40 Club’ was one of the many businesses that was severely affected by the storm. Supposedly the club now has a huge hole in its roof and countless water damage. MTV reported the club would be closing its doors as its lease ended. On top of its physical damage, the club was also getting quite expensive for its owners.
The upscale 40/40 Club, one of several locations co-owned by Jay-Z,opened in Atlantic City in October 2005. It was lauded by city officials for helping the area’s reputation extend beyond being a place to gamble.
A fight at the club in 2012 that left two police officers injured garnered negative press, and local DJ Faheem Davis shared with the Press of Atlantic City that the price to play was so high it kept locals out.
“It was the out-of-towners that would go to the 40/40 on a regular basis,” Davis said. “It wasn’t the local people. It was very expensive.”
It would take much more to rebuild and renovate their current location as opposed to finding a new location (if Jay Z decides to re-open in that location).
